I have trained in internationally recognized perinatal support education organizations and have received international certifications to support my qualifications. I have worked as a medical assistant and doula.
I also have several years of studying the prerequisites for nursing school, which include learning anatomy and physiology, psychology, microbiology, and general public health concepts.
My interests encompass both traditional and evidence-based medicine methods, including natural, non-medicalized childbirth, as well as informed and emotional support for mothers with neurodiversity or challenging experiences of birth and motherhood. Additionally, I am interested in integrating traditional aspects and practices into the childbirth process.
Thanks to my education and experience, I help families feel confident, cared for, and supported at every stage of pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond.
I offer a free 15-30 minute consultation, which can be conducted via video call or in person at a neutral location, such as a cafe or park.

Testimonials
Ana was incredible. She was very helpful from the initial interview till the postpartum services. We found Ana very late in the pregnancy. But still without any hesitation she made her available for us and was able to guide us all the way for the natural vaginal birth. She induced so much confidence in her for the natural birth. She has lot of methods with her which will really help during the labor.
